IPA produces infrastructure research, data and events, but was distributing it through a static site with no login or paywall. I designed and built the membership platform that changed that.
The problem
There was no way to gate content or make membership feel valuable in the product itself — it looked the same as the free content around it.
The work
Architected a gated experience with login and paywall, designed InfraFlix — a content hub unifying articles, policy research, podcasts, data and live events — and built the information architecture that ties it all together.
