Mathletics for Home
Mathletics for Home is the version parents buy and manage on behalf of their kids. I redesigned onboarding and built a parent dashboard to fix a sign-up flow that was losing people.
The problem
Sign-up took 15 steps and routed parents through external payment pages. Most who made it through had no idea how to get their child logged in.
The work
Cut sign-up to 6 steps with payment embedded directly in the page, added clear next-steps right after purchase, and built a parent dashboard with weekly progress and an upgrade path to annual.
Outcome
